Update!! We received a reply from the IRCC portal this morning stating our PR Card photos were approved (GU in GCKey as well).

To everyone waiting longer than the processing time stated here (PR Card Processing time), you can email the IRCC portal email that is listed in your initial PR Portal email. I reached out stating I hadn't had an update since the 7th of March and this exceeded the IRCC processing times for first time PR Cards, and asked them politely to help and look into this.
My email was sent on April 3rd and I received the reply this morning (April 13th) at 7:55AM. Good luck everyone!!

eCoPR: Feb 15th
PR Card photo rejected: March 6th (New photo uploaded March 7th)
PR Card Ghost update: April 13th
PR Mailed: Pending
PR Received: Pending

Thanks for the tips! What was the reason your photo was rejected?

No problem, hope it helps!

"Profile pictures". Unsure as to what this means, I assume they thought they were pictures from social media profiles?
We decided to use an app called "Photo AiD" the 2nd time round, if i remember rightly is cost $10 per picture but someone reviews the pic and approves it. They don't charge you until the photo is approved and if it gets rejected they will do another pic for free.

Sounds good, I took a selfie to save money lol, it took me a few tries until I don’t get any warning from the website. I read through all the requirements I think it satisfies all of them but we’ll see how they say. If it doesn’t work I will check out Photo AiD

For those curious how long it might take to get a PR card after landing, it took me a little over 2 months because my card got lost in the mail. Hopefully it takes less time now! Also I was using an open source tracker to compare my PR card timeline with others, if you’d like me to share the link let me know. I’d be happy to help!
