I have nothing to add here. As I expected, now that you have provided some detail, for sure the offer is fake.

As an aside, my reply was the first one following your email, but it was not permitted to be seen for several hours. I received a message saying it would not be posted until given moderator approval. Rather humiliating. I have been on this forum for several years, with 400+ posts. But, a few days ago, I noticed that my status is now "Newbie" and all my posts before that date wiped out.
