Hmm I was able to link last week and submitted feb 18th. I don’t know 110% but I think you pretty much go back to day 1 when resubmitting so your submission date is now March X :’( (don’t quote me)

For those who got an incomplete application message.. were you able to link on gckey even though it was returned? Basically what I am trying to figure out is if once linked on gckey that means your file has passed an initial review and deemed complete.

That message will go away. It last less than 24 hours for me. I was able to link to gckey shortly after it disappeared

In other words - I will not have my application returned as incomplete/it has passed an initial check?

Hi guys! Can I get some quick advice, please? I hope this is the right spot because it doesn't seem big enough for its own thread.

I made a mistake and didn't get tracking when I sent in my PR card renewal app. I guess I figured I would get AOR soon anyway, not realizing it takes a while. I sent it March 12.

Today I tried to link my app, but it keeps telling me it can't find anything. I think this is a common issue, though, and doesn't necessarily mean they didn't receive it.

My PR card expires in May. Is there any way to find out whether everything is all good? I just worry the app won't be able to link online and I won't know what's going on before May comes.

You will be able to link it once they started processing
AOR for online applications is not usually being sent

yes from what I understand it is checked for completeness before it is processed

I have the same timelines. My Paper application was also delivered on Feb 09. No updates yet.

Did you use UPS? just checking if your application is redirected to the New Waterford ns IRCC office.

I sent via Canada Post and they show delivered on 2 dates - Feb 9 and Feb 10. I wonder if they have lost the package.

Just got an update on gckey! Card was approved and mailed today.

Submitted pr renewal application online Feb 18th
Received incomplete application return reason glitch March 23rd
Return reason disappeared April 5th
Linked on gckey April 6th
Card approved and mailed April 11th
