Hello All,

The company I have been working here in Canada is a Subsidiary of another company.

Should the letter of employment explain that the company I work is a subsidiary of another company?

The HR and payroll are managed by the parent company, so, for example, T4 & pay stubs are only in the name of the parent company.

Please give some idea..

Thanks in advance

Not sure you even have a problem, you clearly said the parent company references the subsidiary in the documents. So why the fuss? The agents are not stupid, if the documents list both and your explanation states both, there is no problem here.

Have the employment letter reference the parent company in some way to be consistent with the rest of the documents. Consistency is key.
So, in conclusion, In the reference letter, it should be mentioned that I am working with X Company (Subsidiary of Parent company Y).
That should be the best way right as before getting ITA I mentioned the Subsidiary company only?

Yes, that makes everything clear and consistent. In your LOE you can explain in more details that company X if the Subsidiary of company Y.
