Hi, I just received an email for the Citizenship Ceremony.

My tracker is not updated for the same and still shows "Citizenship Ceremony - Not Started" and last updated on the tracker is 25th Mar, 2023
I am scheduled for 19th April, 2023 for taking oath via video conference.
I am located in Vancouver and email came from: DN MB SK CIT Ceremonies / Ceremonies CIT MB SK RN (IRCC)

I'm also trying to understand if this is normal for my 5yr olds application to have only completed Prohibition and rest all are in progress excpet for Test and Ceremony which is in Not Started Status

This is normal... Your kid's application is automatically granted as your application's LPP is marked as complete

i have applied citizenship as a family of 4, me and my wife status is Decision Made in ecas, but kids status still shows as in progress, is that normal?

this is normal. It stays in progress till the end. only in the tracker it will change to "In progress" for Oath ceremony from "not started".
