Today I received an email from Ontario nomination with a certificate of nomination. What needs to be done with that? I don't see any option to update on PR application portal to upload it.

IF you were invited under cec then no need. For those who were invited under PnP/FSW then yes.

Login to your GCKEY account and check If the message for nomination appears there. And check if your CRS has increased by 600
I got the score, I accepted it. Then I got the ITA, I am in the middle of filling out my final application with documents now. Now I got the certificate today in my email but I don't have any option to upload the certificate in the final application, I think it's not required.

The Certificate is not required however many applicants would deny my answer. So, you can attach the certificate with your Education Documents. Combine as pdf and upload
My PCC is stuck in "Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance." for past more than 1 week. Anyone knows What can I do here?

I have applied express entry this week with a CRS score of 452. Not sure of the changes of getting invite in nearby weeks as currently 480+ is going on. Any information that this might go down this year in at least next 2 to 3 months?

Probably the wrong thread for this as this is for people who have applied, but unlikely to change in the next 3 months, possibly next year or two. That being said, keep the profile active and see if you can get lucky. Also try and increase your points with work experience/study/language/PNP for both yourself and/or partner.
