Received re medical request but medical is still valid

i have applied for study visa I have done medical in August 2022 and it was successful updated at that time ( my file was refused) in April 2023 i applied again and received form IMM 1017 E ( remedial request) but medical is valid and when I visited my panel physician they told me ircc has a rule that medical can only be done after 1 year. Please tell me the solution so my panel physician mailed ircc regarding the query and please tell me are there any complections when I will reach Canada

You can use the existing medical result and upload it to IRCC with an LOE stating "whatever the physician told you". This could be one way of dealing with this kind of situation. Rest wait for others to comment.
