Reconsideration help required

I need help as my refusal is due to employment as I attached only documents from my latest employer where m working from 6 months, so officer thinks that I am working here for short time due to visitor application although I have all documents of my previous employment.
I am reconsidering my case but how to start writing convincing lines.
Plz reply ASAP bcoz I need to send it ASAP.

On Logging into the GC key( from the first attempt), where to start a new application? It's only showing the 1st application that's already been submitted. How can I upload additional documents for eg for proof of finances, socio-economic ties to home country etc.?

You reapply and do the same process all over again.

Hi, I have applied for TRV visa for me, my wife and two sons. All got visa except my elder son (12 yrs). Visa was was refused because the purpose of the visit to Canada was not consistent with a temporary stay given the details I provided in his application Now I am planing to apply for reconsideration including. Mistakenly, I forgot to include some information on his Visa application (IMM5257). Can I update those information and upload during reconsideration along with other supporting documents? Dosn't it have any negative impact?

The issue in this case is that the child needs to apply for a study permit.
