Application returned - minor change

Hello

I have my kids' application returned due to a minor mistake. I just need to answer "Yes" to the consent question. I'm still within 90 days of the first application signature date. My question is do I have to print the whole application and sign it with a new date or only replace the page that includes the new answer and mail it without a new signature? Should I write anything when I mail it?

Yes you will have to re validate it with new bar codes and reprint it
But you can attach the same payment receipt you did when you originally sent the application.
I dont think a letter is required but you can choose to include it.
