I was on a student Visa in the U.K. It was a bachelors degree course for 3 years. Due to certain circumstances, I left my studies after 2 months and started working there. However, before the completion of my Visa, I came back to my home country i.e India. I recently got my Police clearance certificate (PCC) from the UK, which clearly says - NO TRACE. My husband (Prime applicant) and I (Secondary applicant) are expecting an ITA in the coming days. My query is, do I have to give details that I worked in the UK on a Student Visa? Would Canada Immigration ask anything regarding those 3 years? I would really appreciate it if you could answer my query asap.

Yes, you will have to provide details of what you were doing in the UK under Personal History.

However, for an Express Entry application, Canada doesn't really care if you worked illegally at some point in the past. Many people work illegally and still get PR - it's not a disqualifying factor as long as your police records are clear. Obviously it's different if you're applying for a temporary visa to Canada.

You need to be in status in the country you're applying from (which you are), and you need to show that you don't have a police record.

If you don't tell them what you were doing for three years in the UK, the assumption will be that you are trying to hide something much worse than working illegally and it will be worse for you.
