PCC from Australia even when I never went to Australia

Hi guys,
I have received ITA and need to submit docs. The list shows pcc from Australia because I did global mba from Dubai which has Australia degree. However I have never been to Australia. What should I do in this case?

It might be due to that you would have mentioned Australia campus by mistake.

Don't put an LOE in place of pcc. It's an auto reject. Check your application for any aussie addresses if any remove them.
