Yes.. after logging in to gc key account then add link to application and then i use option application numbera nd uci then add place of birth and all other details. I hope this is the right way... Also filling all Primary applicant info

And sponsor plus applicants
Ex 2 sponsor 2 parents =4

Has anyone raised a web form recently ,got a response/update back from IRCC? My in-laws application was returned on Feb-25 and I didn't get any explanation from IRCC for reason of return still nor my in laws received any email. I did submit a web form in early march but haven't received any response yet, not sure how to proceed. When IRCC sends the letter explaining the reason of return do we have any set timeline/days to resubmit the docs?

Also in the PR portal for all the digital forms it shows the status as complete and for rest of the supporting documents uploaded it gives the option to delete but upload button is disabled and there is no resubmit option. It also shows a message that Submission for current category is closed. Does this mean in my case I cant reapply with correct documents?

Appreciate if I can get some guidance on this.

I tried passport too... As new passports info was sent using web form so i thought may be they might not have updated it.. i tried old and new passport info as well .. nothing works.. Also i am putting 4 .. but no luck.. i have 2 kids.. Do i have to include them as well?

I have been calling this IRCC helpline number (1-888-242-2100) number from past few weeks but the call doesn't connect to any agent due to high call volume. Do we have any other contact number or helpline to reach out?

I got a sponsor approval letter. It does ask for several documents that I've submitted already.
I wonder about medical and PCC since letter asks for those too. What shall I do ? No update on GCKey as of now.

No only way is call them 8am and keep trying because middle of the day they are too busy

8am pst i think its same for other region too but not sure!!

Hi all, I submitted PR application for my parents on October 2022. 2 weeks ago I received an email saying that IRCC requires two pieces of information:
1- current residential address
2- police certificate from their country

First question: Back in October when we were filling out the application, they were in Canada with us and that is why I put my address as their current residential address. Now I have to let the IRCC know that they changed their address and provide their address back in their country. in a part of the letter from IRCC, it says "Please provide the current residential address for yourself and your dependant family member (if applicable). You must report any changes to your address, telephone number(s) and email address immediately throughout the processing of your application." Do you think it will cause any problems as we did not notify IRCC as soon as they left Canada?

Second question: I have linked the PR application to my father's MyCIC account. there is no message in the message section of the PR application and I cannot find any place to submit the required documents. When I click on "View submitted application or upload documents" there is nowhere that I can click and submit the requested documents.

Hey,

I submitted my application Dec 12th, 2022. I got an AOR on March 3rd. please update my status on the spreadhseet.

However, when I log into ecas I see status as Submitted. is this normal or it should be in process?
