How many days physical presence do you have? I suppose they're checking with CBSA or something to ensure accuracy of the reported dates. So hopefully there will be an update soon.
My application went in with 1,116 days PP. I did have quite a bit of travel, mostly to the USA, before the pandemic acute phase, so they may well be checking with CBSA. I did leave a bit of leeway just in case I somehow missed a trip, although I was quite attentive to my record-keeping so I don't think I made any mistakes.

Is anyone here who has taken the test but not showing up as completed in the Tracker? Myself got completed after two days but for the 2nd applicant its been 10 days since the test has been taken but no update on the tracker.

Might take up to 3 weeks to see complete. I would say call them after 2 weeks.

You must include your Application Number, Full Name, and UCI in the subject line and/or body of your email.



· If your enquiry is in regards to the Knowledge Test, please contact/email: DNCITVANTESTS@cic.gc.ca for assistance.

· If your enquiry is in regards to Hearings and Fingerprints, please contact/email: CIC-VancouverCitize@cic.gc.ca for assistance.

· If your enquiry is in regards to an interpreter and you were age 55+ on the date that you signed your application, you are responsible for providing your own interpreter if needed.

· If you require a Sign Language interpreter for the Citizenship Ceremony, please send us an email detailing your request along with your application number.

· If you received an invitation for a Canadian Citizenship Ceremony and you are out of the country with no specific return date, please be advised that you must be present in Canada to take the oath and become a Canadian citizen.

· If you are not able to attend your scheduled Canadian Citizenship Ceremony due to other reasons (with reasonable explanation) and would like to be rescheduled, please make sure you provide the date(s) of unavailability for when you CANNOT attend and you will be rescheduled accordingly. Please wait for another Canadian Citizenship Ceremony invitation which will be sent to you by email approximately 2-3 weeks before the ceremony date. We will only respond to you if we require additional information.

· Citizenship Certificates are mailed out 2-4 weeks after the citizenship ceremony date. We ask that you please wait 6 weeks after the ceremony to contact us if your certificate has not yet arrived.
