No one here can tell you all about Canada. You are positing under Foreign Workers so if you want to start a business (net high net worth, business plan, experience) then post specific questions under Business Section. You can look up the start up visa program which requires the involvement of a business incubator or angel investors. Or look at PNP entreprenuer programs that require high net worth, business plan etc. You need to show that you will hire Canadians and bring economic benefit.
