Job offer points can be fetched even without experience ?

I have a deputation letter which is valid for 2 years and I landed in Canada 2 months back I am on ICT visa and I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years .Can I use that letter to fetch the 50 points I haven't completed 1 year in Canada

No. You need to wait until you've worked in Canada for a full year.

Ooh ok Thank you for the reply but when I checked the CRS calculator there is a field called do you have valid job offer and that is a separate field which doesn't come under the experience field so I thought I can use the job offer

Only if you had an approved LMIA. Otherwise you have to wait the full year.

You need to wait for one year of experience to claim the 50 points with LMIA-exempt. If you had a LMIA, you could claim the 50 points now.

Yes, you can count your Canadian experience, in the last 3 years before you apply.
