Yes before tie breaker date and time who submitted their profile all those people got invitation. After that date didnt get ita. So i think 962 at 481 still waiting for ita

At 481 before 14th feb who submitted profile they got ITA rest of people still in EE and waiting for next draw

Wait for 24 hour it takes 24 hr to receive ITA from IRCC and once you get ITA from IRCC then after only start process for withdraw from pnp

No you cant but you need to submit letter of explanation about your promotion an work history
Ircc records all data
And in ircc draw no worry about it you are claiming points for total number of year's experience

When immigration officer assessing your profile feels confusion you need to explain all topics in this letter
