Google Express Entry Canada. That is what I would do. Read requirements for Federal Skilled Worker. You cannot submit a profile until your IELTS and ECA is completed.Please how can I get registered for it then. Any link for that

Again google IELTS Nigeria and see what IELTS office is in your country. Usually operated by the British Council. You will need to have work authorization to start working or get a job offer with LMIA.
LMIA- Labour Market Impact Assessment certificate. This is given to employers where there is a shortage of skilled people for that particular role.
Applying for PR is the most suitable option. If you mee the below requirements you can qualify to apply for PR
1. Occupation to be in the demand list with 1 year full time experience
2. Your Education to be equivalent to Canada Educational standards
3. You should be able to score 67 points basis your age, education, work experience, if you are married then spouse can contribute 5 points and IELTS score.
