You didn’t specify that in your posts and the title is about processing over a few weeks. Have you ordered GCMS notes? Are you living in Nigeria? What is the reason for travel? How long have you asked to visit? Have you ever applied to immigrate, study or work outside of Nigeria? Do you have a history of international travel especially to countries that require a visa like US, UK, etc.? How much personal liquid savings have your shown? Do you have family living in Canada? Are you currently working? Is it considered a well paid position? Do you have dependent family members (spouse or dependent children) that will remain Nigeria? Do you own property in Nigeria? How old are you?

Background check started after application had been submitted in September 2022.
Review of eligibility started around 6-7th of March. My friends have the same timing. Looks like mass change.
