SINP nomination recieved

I received SINP nomination through express entry today. But yesterday I got message from CIC that your express entry profile has been expired because it's time period is one year.
How can now I proceed? Please guide.

Create a new express entry profile, then send email to SINP to inform them of the new express entry profile number. SINP will issue a new PNP certificate and they will also inform IRCC to add 600pts to your new express entry profile.
