Timeline after pre-arrival services letter ?

Any inland applicant who has received pre-arrival services letter and is waiting for PR ? Can you please share your timeline ?

I got my pre arrival services letter a few days after applying (inland, CSQ), then the biometrics letter a few days after that, and then the medical test letter not long after that. See my signature for more specific dates.

My medical got passed on March 9, 2023 and the pre-arrival services letter was received on March 10, 2023. Waiting for the update/decision.
