Express entry rejection?.. GCMS note says “not met”

I applied for PNP inland stream for express entry. i requested GCMS notes and found something shocking ..

Seems like my work certificate doesnt have a job description.. so im losing the points for FSW

Does this mean that im getting rejected without giving me a chance? I thought they would request additional documents first..
I was thinking of submitting CSE and sending more proof.. but does this mean that its already rejected? Or going to get rejected? - What are the chances CSE would work? I have ways to prove my work

What does it say for "Final" in the "Assessments" section of the GCMS notes?

Don't waste more time. If you have the correct supporting documents, upload them as soon as possible, so that the person who will make the final decision on your application can assess them during the review.

It should be on the 2nd page or on the 1st one, depending on the format you have ordered.

I guess FInal is empty
But the thing is before that eligibility decision, 3 days ago some one did a PCC check and they requested aadditional document for me.i submitted this but all of this happened in November and no response for 5 months ...

I'm scratching my head as im wondering if theres two separate officers that are looking at my application

Also just curious, in this case would they give me a chance to explain? (request for additiaonl documents)

Or would this be confirmed as a rejection on the eligibility

Whats wrong with your eligibility? If you have something to explain just submit a LOE, you don’t need to wait on them for that.

seems like the eligibility is the thing thats having a problem there as a11.2 is NOT MET
so i think its considered falling behind the minimum FSW score..
But i was wondering what the process looks like after this - would they request additioanl documents? or would it straight go to rejection

My take on this (and I am not an immigration consultant or lawyer) is that if "Final" is still empty, the final decision has not been made yet and you should not waste more time, but go ahead and upload new documents that will address the officer's concern.

You can also submit these notes to a immigration lawyer for a consultation and see what are your options.
