Need some clarity on let's say someone took a 3-week unpaid vacation but cover up that by working 13 months and after that he applied under CEC. Will that three unpaid leaves create any issue?
For example start job in June 22 but took three week unpaid leaves in Jan 23 so instead of applying under CEC in June 23 he will be applying in July23
