Research Express Entry based on your age, education (need degree assessed), skilled work experience, language and funds. How old are you because you may not be eligible given your age?

My age is 44 years with date of birth is 25th December 1978.
I have married in 1998 and a father of 9 children.
My Enginnering degree is recognised by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
I am a regusterd member of Pakistan Engineering Council.

You won't have enough points to be selected through Express Entry due to your age and level of education. Because you will not be eligible for Express Entry, your PNP options are very limited to provinces that require a job offer. Engineering is a licensed NOC in Canada so most likely would need to be provincially licensed. Being registered in Pakistan does not help you. You need ECA for your degree and need to take IELTS for languages.

How old are your children? Are any over 22? If over 22, they cannot immigrate with you. You would need to show proof of of funds for 11 people.
