@Ro2703 As others have already stated, given the facts you have told us; it is very likely that you have been banned as well.
However, if you want to be sure and if you have any details of your application you can apply for GCMS notes. They will redact information about your wife but the notes will have details about your application separately. So if you are banned you may find some details there. It is worth a try before you engage a lawyer if you want to immigrate that is.
