Job Description
Design cost-controlling systems and procedures to effectively control Food & Beverage costs.
Design control measures to reduce wastage, and pilferage, and improve output.
Responsible for each item recipe with quantity with the head chef's involvement, set each item's cost, and continuously evaluated for improvement.
Verify the cost and quantity of each recipe and ensure that the costs are within standard costing.
Review the pricing at different outlets and ensure the correct prices are loaded on POS.
Review the product cost with the recruitment department and review the supplier pricing.
