Does anybody know if work permit validity is necessary for applying through AGRI food pilot program as I am on visitor record and have applied for this program and still waiting for my Aor its been three months have not got my Aor. If anyone has any information about the process it will be a great help thank you so much.

That’s the experience we have to show for one year in the past three year in the same noc that I have I am eligible in that but I don’t have a wp now I am on visitor record.You going to need LMIA number that's on work permit.

The employer fill out his section and employer letter needed too. Not sure if you still have to be working. But isn't a job needed too get it?
