Birth certificate language

Hello Everyone,
My birth certificate is in Indian Language. How can i get it converted to English? Can anyone please guide me on this??
Also, I have a birth certificate issued from my school which mentions my DOB as of from school register during the time of admission. Will the be considered as DOb to submit for express entry?
