ECA - how many hours for a post-secondary degree to be eligible for a "two-year post-secondary credential" by WES?

I am currently doing a 2-year (4 semesters) program in my country, which will amount to 1700 hours of post-secondary study.
Is that enough study hours for me to be eligible to get a "two-year post-secondary credential" equivalency report by an institution such as WES?

Depends on school/country. You will know once ECA is completed. Go on the WES site and check.
