Received an ADR with blank bullet point

Hey guys,

I received a additional document request but the PDF letter does not say which document is required. The bullet point under "we need the following document" is just blank. Also, when I look at the document center on my profile, there is no field to add any new document. The last time I had an ADR, I had an option to add a new document here. Any idea what I should do? I sent CIC a web form but I guess they don't respond to that.

Any help will be appreciated. I have been in this process for 2 years now. Thanks.

Did you try calling IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 and check what the ADR is all about ?

Try through apps like Fongo, 2ndLine (https://www.2ndline.co/) etc. or even skype

Select a canadian number once you install any of the apps.

Thanks. Interestingly, I can see a COPR expiry date on my application status page with a document number starting with T followed by 9 digits. its "T-6047xxxxxx"

Was your PR approved? If it was and you got an ADR and you are seeing a COPR number then might be a error update/request. Try calling IRCC. it is difficult but no other option

I never got anything which says my PR was approved. That is where the issue is.
