Hey All,

I received ITA through yesterday's draw and in process of filling my application, where I am providing details of my previous H1B rejection. However, I am not sure if the rejection was disclosed in my work permit application which was filed by my company previously. Curious on the impact of it on the application. Have anyone or known contacts faced similar situation? Appreciate if anyone can give any Pointers. TIA.

H1B rejection has no implications on your PR application, so always better to mention it now when you submit your application.
No problem if. You didn't mention it earlier.

Your immigration application must contain accurate and comprehensive information, including any instances of visa refusal in the past. Even if you're not sure if the rejection was reported in your prior work permit application, you should study it and make sure you include the information in your current application to prevent any problems with misrepresentation. Although a prior rejection does not guarantee that your current application will again be rejected, it is crucial to clearly explain the reasons for the prior rejection and any corrective actions you took. Consider speaking with an immigration lawyer or consultant for advice based on your particular circumstances if you're unsure of how to start.
