I submitted February 10th and my application got returned yesterday because it was missing a signature (which it wasn't, but it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone). So we are re-submitting today, and we start from scratch...

I got temporary Application number on - 3 Feb, 2023 and then Medical exam reminder on March 10, 2023 with UCI and Application number on it.

There is no need to get a temporary application number. Just wait around 2 months for your UCI#. You waste your time trying to contact IRCC and puts unnecessary demands on the IRCC phone line.
