getting the same error. It's coming on the first page itself where there is no information asked for province or city. Should i wait for a week before trying to create my profile again?

A couple of days after my biometrics, I was able to register for the tracker.
According to my tracker, my eligibility and BG are "Not started". Medical exam "completed" and Biometrics "completed".

Replace A- with UCI, B with Application No. , Y with year of birth.

The quicker way is to select option 2 (don't have UCI) when they ask for the UCI number. After that wait about 1-2 seconds and press in sequence -> 1, 2, 0.
I was able to connect to them twice using this way. But both times the total call time came to be about 40 minutes due to long queues.
So I called IRCC and spoke with an agent. I asked her if she knows whether my R10 completeness check is completed, and she asked me "What is R10?". She says my eligibility has not started yet. But my GCKEY shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements".
She said "criminal" is passed, but "security" is in progress - what does that mean? What is the difference?

Its a generic message appears on everyone profile for eligibility and background..& your background check has multiple sub-inquiries that are criminality check, Security & Info Sharing. Just a part of your background has been completed & rest in process.
I see thanks. I am unsure as to what to do now. My PGWP is going to expire in June and I want to apply for my BOWP, but the agent couldn't tell me anything about R10 cause she doesn't know what it is ...
Once your Permanent UCI that appears on your PGWP linked to your PR application that means your R10 is passed and security in process. As, in your case criminality has been already passed that means Your file is already in process and passed R10..Probably you don’t need to apply for BOWP as June is far and what i see from others, portal request are coming max in 3-4 months but still if you didn’t get anything in Mid of May you can apply then. i’m expecting some update on my file in April 1st or 2nd week
Check about the new PGWP extension they announced today, it applies for PGWP that were expired on 2022 and 2023! You can apply after April 6th
