How? After bachelors and 1 year you should have 485 no?

Now you only have 1year or less on the work permit remaining. Time to stop waiting on express entry; at 465 points its rather unlikely you will get an ITA anytime soon. Especially given the shift to occupation specific draws. Get your PNP application in order and submit it. If you think about it, you probably would have PR already if after 1year work experience you submitted your PNP application. During the pandemic IRCC was only considering PNP and some CEC. So many would be applicants wasted their work permit time waiting for full express entry draws to come back online. Find which PNP program works for you and stick to it. That's usually the international student stream which is available in all provinces. All the best.

I am not an expert but I just want to say that apart from the Express Entry program and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), there are other immigration programs that you may be eligible for in Canada. Here are a few examples:

  1. Canadian Experience Class (CEC): This program is designed for individuals who have at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada, and who meet other eligibility requirements. To be eligible for this program, you must have gained your work experience through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program or the International Mobility Program.
  2. Family sponsorship: If you have a spouse, common-law partner, or close family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, they may be able to sponsor you for permanent residency in Canada.
  3. Business immigration: If you are an entrepreneur or investor, there are several programs available to help you establish a business in Canada and obtain permanent residency. The most common programs are the Start-up Visa Program and the Self-Employed Persons Program.
  4. Refugee and Humanitarian Resettlement Program: If you are a refugee or have experienced persecution in your home country, you may be eligible for permanent residency through this program. MyInsite Macys
It's important to note that each immigration program has its own eligibility requirements and application process, so it's a good idea to consult with an immigration lawyer or a qualified immigration consultant to determine which program is right for you. Good luck with your application!
