IRCC was worried about Afghanistan and then about Ukrain and now they are worried about earthquake in Turkey/Syria. All this while my 'income-tax paying, HST paying and Propertytax paying' citizenship application is eating dust in SCR.

Common man, please don't compare us to them. They are in real pain, that's a separate topic. We are lucky that we didn't lose anyone in the war or earthquake. Our applications are dealt with differently. Yes, we are angry with the SCR office guys, but we can't get angry at acts of humanity.

@yourr.grace Yes! Please keep that topic out of this discussion. We can't even imagine what pain they are going through.

I have a question. Does anyone have their tests updated already and ECAS still shows " we started processing your file on xyz date?"

If ECAs shows that your application has be received does that mean ircc haven’t started processing your application yet?
ECAS:
Received = Application is received and not sent to local office yet.
In progress = This normally is seen when BG is completed and file is transferred to local office. ECAS stays in this state till everything other than Oath is completed.
Decision Made= Everything except Oath is completed.
