Did you order the printed version online? Or did nothing. They just sent it to you.
What else in the mail other than the book
The letter indicating you application number and UCI. Same letter in you email ?

Does not matter how you applied. You can directly go to website and request book. They do not ask wether you even applied or not.
I received physical copy at my home in about 2 weeks. Just the book.
If I didn’t order a printed copy. Just submitted my Citizenship application

I mentioned that you have to request explicitly via website. They do not send you anything unless you request.
I'd like to add that it's free to request a printed copy. But you can also just read the PDF. Or to save the environment, ask if someone you know has a copy. I recently gave my copy to someone for their test. Unfortunately he wrote in it and used a highlighter. Don't do that if you want to pass it on!
