Temporary resident visa

Hi,
I applied for my sisters in 2020 for Temporary Resident visa.They asked for biometrics after one month but after that I never heard from them back.i requested caips notes on their application.Application is sitting in Abudhabi for further assessment.
What can I do.
Please help.

Reapply as back in 2020 when covid requirements changed, IRCC told everyone to reapply. What country?

Hi @Naturgrl , from outside of Canada can apply GCMS notes regarding the work permit?
