Does anyone know at what stage they review the validity of the work experience letter or read the explanation letter? Is it before or after the Medical Test? Not whether the documents are provided, but the content.

At the time of reviewing Eligibility, usually after R10 completeness check stage.

If you're within Canada you do not need to send passport. Once you respond to the portal email, you have to confirm you are inside the country at the time, and you get an ECoPR, and then your PR Card

In the overview, it correctly identifies me and my application ...

If you're within Canada you do not need to send passport. Once you respond to the portal email, you have to confirm you are inside the country at the time, and you get an ECoPR, and then your PR Card

Its the default message. Basically, this tracker was initially build to track Sponsorship applications and thus they never updated for EE Applicants as well..I will advise not to rely on tracker as user’s received Portal email & still shown not started
