Hello everyone..
I am currently on my post graduation open work permit.
I have completed 1 year of work post graduation for a nb employer in my field of study. I am currently eligible for nbpnp express entry program. I am also in market for new job as my pay is not enough. I wanted to check of i can change my job after getting nomination or after applying for express entry. I am already in EE entry pool for CEC with a score of 470.

I wanted to check if i can change my job after getting nomination. Can i get job from a non nb Canadian employer while working remotely from new Brunswick. If I can get my crs better by doing better in IELTS, do i get to choose if i want to go through pnp or federal.

This is an employer supported stream. So if you want to switch employers before you have PR, you'll want to make sure your new employer is in NB and is willing to support your nomination and complete all of the related paperwork.

I'm not sure what you mean by choosing if you go through pnp or federal. If you have enough points to be selected through EE/FSW/CEC, the you can go through this program instead. I believe the last draw was 489.
