Is it right that after PR, we can’t apply for travel documents because we’re H&c?

Please give me some insight, i had a failed humanitarian and compassionate i did JR and court hearing, today i just recieved email from my lawyer that we won and they will sent my application for redetermination and they were asking me to submit update submission and documents any of you who is in the same boat like me. What are examples of ducoment or letters that you sent to the officer. Please help they only give me 30 days to comply

YES. after your judge says YES. once you have positive reply from your judge then within 7 to 10 days immigration officer will ask you for more updates in your file.

immigration officer will give you 30 days for updates.

if even your lawyer will hide it or will receive it late, no worries, you have time to submit.

after you submit your updates, the immigration officer will ask you for job letter, how you takecare of you self. make SURE YOU WORK AND YOU SHOULD HAVE A EMPLOYER's letter, which is work letter

We are in the same situation can you tell what are the updates and documents you sent when they ask you for more updates. And did you do it yourself they are just giving me 30 days to comply. Can you please help me

Hello all, pls I need your advices. I just got a letter from CBSA for an interview on Monday/13th. We are a family of 5, but just 3 of us(2 adults, 1 teen), got the invite.
1. I need advice on what to do, say etc.
2. Do I need to go with a lawyer?
3. Our H&C has been in process since August/22.
