I have received Oath Ceremony email but my wife didn't received nor her tracker is updated except the Test. It is weird since we both have same application number and we both have same information since we are living together for 6 years. The only difference is she gave her test after 10 days I dont know what to do ?

How can I access ECAS? Is only for paper applications? I tried searching for my application on there (I applied online) and it says not found. I can only track my application on the new tracker.

ECAS is for paper only applicants.

Yes but my wife is angry and she will not let me apply for the Passport until she become Citizen as well.

You can ask your wife to write to the test email address and request them to take the oath the same day as you... May be she will get lucky
