My friends wife is in Pakistan and she received her invitation to take the citizenship test along with a request to submit fingerprints. IRCC will arrange for an online test since she is outside the country. But it the issue now is with submitting biometrics. RCMP doesn’t have any approved international providers and the embassy in Pakistan said they cannot take her biometrics. Time is closing and they don’t know what to do. Anyone had to go through a similar situation?

Contact a RCMP accredited FP service in Canada. They will ask you to mail them a paper ink fingerprint card taken by a police service in your local jurisdiction. You can mail this paper ink FP card to them in Canada. Once they receive it, the will digitise the FP and submit it to RCMP
