Returning to Canada for Physical Presence

My wife still needs two months of physical presence in Canada to apply for Canadian citizenship. Currently, she is living in the US as a US resident. If she goes back to Canada for two months and stays at an Airbnb, would that time count towards her physical presence?

Any day spent in Canada as a PR in the 5 years immediately before signing the citizenship application counts. Including vacations.

I would suggest you to get your passport stamped while entering... usually they won't do it, but you can insist on it even if it is a minor inconvenience as it would help to prove your entry to Canada. Yes, there are many other ways (like boarding pass), but it is better to do this as well....
