1- In letter of invitation, can we write "We" instead of my wife write "I" basically we both want to invite together because we want to show family income
2- US visa was rejected few years ago for my inlaws. How much it affect super visa? Also we dont know the exact reason of US visa refusal as embassy did not provide exact anwer so what we should write as a reason?
Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

US visa refusal shouldn't affect your parents Canadian Super Visa application. If you and your spouse are jointly inviting your parents, then you have to use "we". If you both are inviting then you have to show invoice and financial status for both of you.

Thanks. We can show financial status of both. Is that okay if my wife has less income but our combined income is good enough.

As long as the total household income is above the LICO limit for the total number of persons in the household including your guests then it should be fine.
