Fingerprint request email only and not showing in tracker

Hi,

I've received a fingerprint request email but nothing in the tracker after AOR. Is that normal?
I see others get the request on the tracker before receiving the email.

It happened for me, took them 1.5 months to complete background check after I sent FP, still no FP request was mentioned in the tracker

I got the fingerprint request via email from CPC Sydney. I want ahead and got it done and my background check completed after a week. Fingerprint never showed up on my profile not even after BG completed. Hope this helps. I advise you to get it done to hasten your background check. I think the request has an expiry date as well meaning if they don't receive it by their deadline then you forfeit your application and have to start again.
