This is garbage. No one writes like this in Canada (or anywhere else), and I can't say that I understand what the sentence means - maybe they're saying that they're not corruptible? The English is some sort of patois, garnished with a crude attempt to be sophisticated. I'd expect language like this if I was kidnapped in Malawi.

You are wise to check everything carefully as it isn't simple to get an employment authorization to work legally in Canada.
