PR card not received after 5 months

Hi all!

Myself and my daughter landed in Canada in Sept 2022. During the immigration interview, the website wasn't getting updated with our address and hence I was asked to update the address later. In November I received an email stating that my photo wasn't according to the specs, hence I mailed a new photo which reached them on Nov 20, 2022. It's been nearly 5 months now but I haven't received my PR card. Here are a few things I've tried:

• Have used the web form multiple times to inform Cic of my Canadian address.
• When I try to link my application in the account, it says application not found.
• The Client application tracker tool does not show up my application either (upon entering the UCI)
• Tried calling the IRCC office but to no avail.

Can someone please suggest what else can be done under the circumstances ?

Sorry to hear that. I recommend reach out to your MP they can assist. You should have done the below

I guess you need to apply for a new PR card

I have the same problem. I am waiting since last year January for my PR Card.

Here is what you can try -

1. Link pr card using steps here - https://askkubeir.com/pr-card-application/
2. Call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 . When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press two i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the Message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 330 in quick succession you will be able to reach them. The real deal is - dont wait to hear out the refugee messages

Congrats. First time heard of MP's efforts being frutiful otherwise every other post of involvement of MP is useless.
