Oath Scheduled for March 9th, 2023 (but haven't received invitation)

Hi all,

Here's my situation:

The online tracker status for my oath ceremony updated on Feb 23rd (which I learned of only when I logged in on Feb 24th), and it's scheduled for March 9th 2023. Online they have not updated any location and time for my oath. We are located in Brampton, Ontario.

However I haven't received any e-mail including junk and trash.

I have sent Webforms but no reply till now

I am trying to call on +1-888-242-2100 but couldn't navigate to the call center in order to ask any question. If someone know which extension should I dial so I can talk to agent?

Can someone help me what should I do?

Usually Oath email are sent a upto a week before...
Please also check your post box incase you have received an letter instead for an in person ceremony.
Are you aware if your IRCC office is Scarborough or another location? If it is you can email them at this address IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
In your email provide them your UCI and Application#
