I have flight on Mar 6, I provided my ticket and explain why I need Canadian passport to come back. But you only can request for it once yours other things are completed, otherwise they wont process your request. Send request to your processing office ceremony department.

Online, same day ceremony. And I will be picking up my certificate at the office tmr.

My application was submitted in March 2021. It has already exceeded the processing time now (23 months). BG check is still in progress (FP requested twice so far) and test completed. Seems like it's gonna be a long wait...

Your security screening seems to be in progress. This may take around 9 months give or take, from the time your background started (check when criminality started/was passed). If around October, you could be waiting until june-July for an update. Unfortunately can’t do anything to speed up the process. It’s a waiting game.

I received AOR in March 2022 and my BG started in April, I sent my FP in June 2022 and my BG is still in progress stuck with the security screening, it can take more than 9 months

It could take up to a year but usually 8 -9 months

Probably 2 weeks to a month they will schedule you an oath.
