Sponsorship - Medical examination

Hello everyone, please help

I'm the Sponsor of the application, my partner received a Reminder from RICC recently (about Biometrics, Medical examination, and Right of PR Fees).
But it looks like the general guideline only
1.We already paid Right of PR Fees in our initial Sponsorship application months ago. Do we have to inform IRCC about this?
2. He got the Biometrics instruction letter few days after that Reminder and he did. So that's it? Do we have to submit the receipt ? I think the officer doesn't tell my partner to do anything next
3. I'm confused about the Medical examination. When should he get it done? Now or he has to wait for a letter like Biometrics collection letter? Do I need to take the exam as well?

1. No, it's a general reminder - if already paid, nothing to do.
2. Same - the biometrics centre will submit directly to IRCC, just keep the receipt.
3. Partner or you should have received medical request with letter separately (or will receive). Sometimes it is later in process so can't say if it is 'late' or night because you gave no timeline info.
