Parents Visitors Visa (Still Pending) 2022- Nationality Pakistani, Residence African.

Hello everyone!
Not sure if this is the right thread to post this- if not please direct me to a thread where this has been discussed.

I have applied for my parents in August 2022 for my graduation but didn't receive any updates yet.

My parents situation is kinda twisted- my parents are Pakistani but they live in Africa(Mozambique). So they applied in 2016 and my dad got a refusal and my mom conditional approval (single entry only). Now they applied again in 2022 on the bases of my graduation, but guess what, my grad happened in October and they have still not responded yet.

Now I have been approved for my PR(shukar) and I was thinking if that could help a little to speed up my parents visitor visa? Or should I update IRCC that the intention has now been changed as I want them to visit me as its been a while.

Any suggestions or help is really appreciated! Thank you~

raise a webform to inquire about status of ur application
if u know which visa office is processing their case then address the webform to that visa office
otherwise raise a general webform asking for status update and name of visa office
u will get a response in week or 2 mentioning ur specific visa office name so u could write to them next for status update

generally for people residing in Pakistan the visa office is Abu Dhabi but in ur case it could be somewhere else as well so better to find it out
